I am a Systems Engineer, Master in Information Systems Management and Master in Internet Business from EUDE Business School. I work as a university lecturer, researcher and consultant in information technologies, with a career that integrates higher education, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, data, international cooperation, institutional transformation and digital strategy.
My work connects technical experience with pedagogical clarity and strategic vision. I have participated in projects linked to universities, public institutions, Japanese cooperation, international organizations, professional training, digital education and the production of open educational content.
